2. Products & Pricing

All products are certified refurbished electronics. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within minimum of 5-7 business days

4. Product Condition

Products are graded as "Excellent" or "Good" based on cosmetic condition. All products are fully functional and have passed our 50-point quality check. Product images are representative; actual items may have minor cosmetic variations.

5. Warranty

All products include warranty coverage as detailed in our Warranty Policy. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund will be processed based upon the issue. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds are processed with minimum of 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Limitation of Liability

PC Point's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pcpoint.in, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of PC Point and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
